Returns are written as a 14-day boundary, not an open kiln.

| Clock | 14 days from the day you receive the box. |
| Condition | Unused, unchipped, unwashed with food. Original packing and any lid or saucer must come back. |
| Food-used | A cup that has held coffee or tea stays with you. Hygiene, not stubbornness. |
| Variation | Throwing rings, speckle, and glaze pooling are not defects. |
| Transit chip | Photograph the box and the piece within 48 hours. We replace once, we do not argue about the photograph. |
| Gift box coffee | Opened coffee packets are kept. Unused mugs can still return. |
| Cost | Return postage is yours unless we sent the wrong SKU or a broken piece. |
| Refund | After inspection, back to the original method within a few working days. |
