Returns are written as a 14-day boundary, not an open kiln.
| Boundary | What it means |
|---|---|
| Clock | 14 days from the day you receive the box. |
| Not happy | Any piece can come back if you are not satisfied — used cups included, so long as they are washed. |
| Damage | A seriously damaged piece (shattered, crushed, glaze ground off) is not refundable. |
| Variation | Throwing rings, speckle, and glaze pooling are character, not damage. |
| Transit chip | Photograph the box and the piece within 48 hours. We replace once, we do not argue about the photograph. |
| Cost | Return postage is yours unless we sent the wrong SKU or a broken piece. |
| Refund | After inspection, back to the original method within a few working days. |
